We don’t accept change-of-mind returns in any region, so please choose carefully. Every item is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, as well as consumer laws in your country.

What’s the minimum spend for LayUp lay by?
To use LayUp’s layby service, your order must total at least $100 after discounts or promo codes.
Can I cancel my layby?
Yes. You can cancel within 21 days of placing your order for a full refund with no cancellation fee. After 21 days, a 10% cancellation fee applies to standard orders, capped at $200, and for gift card-only orders, the fee is 6%, also capped at $200.
When will my toys be delivered?
After your final payment is processed, we’ll start getting your order ready to ship. Dispatch begins within 7–14 business days after final payment, depending on location, item type and size, stock availability, and courier timeframes.
Can I choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments?
Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments, and set your plan length anywhere from 4 weeks up to 12 months.
