How LayUp Layby Works
At LayUp, you can pay off your purchase over time in regular, interest‑free instalments. Once your payment plan is complete, we’ll ship your order directly to you.

Choose how often you’d like to make payments: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Pick the best match for your payday and household budget.

You control how long your plan runs, anywhere between 4 weeks and 12 months.

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit, PayPal or PayPal Pay in 4.
Per-payment limits
For each scheduled payment, the minimum amount is $5, and the maximum per transaction is $499.
When we ship and dispatch expectations
Once your final payment has been successfully processed, we’ll start getting your order ready to ship. Allow between 7 and 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. Timing can vary depending on your location, the type and size of the item, and stock availability.

Can I cancel my layby if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel your layby within 21 days of placing your order and receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
What if I cancel after 21 days?
After 21 days, a 10% cancellation fee applies to standard orders, capped at $200. For gift card-only orders, a 6% fee applies, also capped at $200.
When do you ship my order?
After your final payment has been successfully processed, we’ll start preparing your order to ship.
How long does dispatch take after the final payment?
Please allow 7–14 business days for dispatch after final payment. Timing can vary with location, item size and stock availability.
