What happens if a payment fails
If a scheduled payment does not go through, the unpaid amount is automatically spread across your remaining payments. You can then log in to review the updated amounts or contact customer service for help. If three payments are missed in a row, your order may be temporarily suspended, and items may be removed from allocation.

Cancelling your layby
If you change your mind, you can cancel your layaway within 21 days of placing the order and receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. After 21 days, a 10% cancellation fee applies to standard orders, capped at $200. For gift card-only orders, the fee is 6%, also capped at $200.
Future price guarantee
LayUp’s future price guarantee applies if the item you are paying off drops in price before you finish your lay-by. In that case, LayUp will issue a discount voucher for the difference. The voucher is for a future order rather than the current one. It is valid for 28 days from issue. Apple products are excluded, and after applying the voucher your next order must still total at least $150 in your local currency.
Warranties and support
Items purchased through LayUp are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and consumer laws in your country. If there is an issue after delivery, you may need to provide proof of purchase and details about the problem so support can help resolve it.
