How LayUp Layby Works

LayUp layby is straightforward: choose your item, choose your payment schedule, and make interest‑free instalments until the balance is paid. Once your final payment has been successfully processed, we’ll begin preparing your order for dispatch.

Key rules:

Payment frequency: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Plan length: 4 weeks to 12 months.
Minimum order: $100 after discounts and promo codes.
Scheduled payment limits: minimum $5; maximum $499 per transaction.

Dispatch and Delivery

Once you complete your layby, we’ll start getting your order ready to ship. Dispatch is typically 7–14 business days for in-stock items, but please allow up to 28 days in some cases.

Stock Allocation and Missed Payments

Your items are held once your layby starts, subject to stock availability. If a scheduled payment fails, the unpaid amount is automatically spread across your remaining payments, and you can review the updated amounts in your account. If three payments are missed in a row, your order may be temporarily suspended and your items may be removed from allocation.

Returns, Cancellations, and Peace of Mind

We recommend choosing carefully, because change-of-mind returns aren’t accepted. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can help arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Cancel within 21 days of placing the order for a full refund.
After 21 days, a 10% cancellation fee applies to standard orders, capped at $200. Gift card-only orders are subject to a 6% fee, capped at $200.
