LayUp laybuy is simple. Choose your items, choose your schedule, and pay in regular interest‑free instalments, then we ship when your payment plan is complete.

Cancelling your layby
Cancel within 21 days for a full refund and no cancellation fee. After 21 days, a 10% cancellation fee applies to standard orders, capped at $200, and gift card‑only orders have a 6% fee, also capped at $200.

Delivery, Cancellations and Warranties
After your final lay buy payment is successfully processed, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment. Allow 7 to 14 business days for items to be dispatched. Timing can vary by location, item size and type, and stock availability.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can help with a repair, replacement, or refund. We do not accept change‑of‑mind returns, so please choose carefully.
