Can I use layaway plans for all products on LayUp, and how do they differ from BNPL options?

Most products can be purchased using LayUp’s standard lay-by plan; a minimum order total applies. LayUp lay-by ships after your final payment, while PayPal Pay in 4 eligible purchases ship immediately, and you repay PayPal over six weeks.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value for layaway plans?

Yes. Your order must be at least $100 after any discounts. Each scheduled payment must be at least $5, and extra payments are capped at $499 per transaction.

Can I have multiple layaway or laybuy payment plans at the same time?

Yes, you can run multiple layaway plans at once, as long as you’re comfortable keeping up with your payment schedules.

What happens if I miss a layaway payment or can’t complete my payment schedule?

If a payment fails, the unpaid amount is spread across your remaining payments. If 3 payments are missed in a row, the order may be suspended, and items may be released back into stock until payments resume.

How soon will my order be delivered?

For LayUp layaway, we start preparing your order after your final payment, and delivery is usually 7–14 business days. For bulky items or during busy periods, it may take longer. For PayPal Pay in 4, processing starts right away, and standard shipping timeframes apply.
